This Merdeka Eve, Nadodi and Terra Dining come together for Malam Merdeka, a one-night-only culinary collaboration between Chef Yavhin Siriwardhana and Chef Chong Yu Cheng.

Rooted in childhood memories, regional flavours and the stories that shaped them, the evening presents a deeply personal expression of Malaysia through their distinct culinary perspectives.
