Crafted by Chef Yavhin, Nadodi’s Festive Menu is a multi-course journey through our signature “engaging nomadic cuisine”, layered, elegant, and quietly bold. The experience opens with playful bites (pillow, achi murukku, hoppers), flows into comfort and spice with dishes like crab custard, tiger prawns, and a standout fish head curry, then finishes with a nostalgic spiced pudding touched with Sri Lankan treacle and cinnamon. An elevated seasonal experience for guests who want something genuinely memorable.
