Take a culinary escape with us to the charming Pondicherry on the South-eastern coast of India. With the French at the helm over two centuries, the French way of life had a rich influence in the city through art, architecture and cuisine.
Combining French finesse with Indian vigour, this exciting collaboration presents a culinary display of exceptional techniques and exotic flavours. The evening features a 7-course tasting menu, with amuse bouche and entremets to delight.
