Thank you for your interest in joining BONJOUR PONDICHERRY – a four-hand collaboration dinner by Chef Masashi Horiuchi of Entier and Chef Sricharan Venkatesh of Nadodi.

Take a culinary escape with us to the charming Pondicherry on the South-eastern coast of India. With the French at the helm over two centuries, the French way of life had a rich influence in the city through art, architecture and cuisine.

Combining French finesse with Indian vigour, this exciting collaboration presents a culinary display of exceptional techniques and exotic flavours. The evening features a 7-course tasting menu, with amuse bouche and entremets to delight.

Look forward to a brilliant cocktail pairing by award-winning mixologist from Nadodi, Akshar Chalwadi. Wine pairing menu available.
